Room Attendant

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented hospitality professional to join our team and help create a welcoming, comfortable, and clean environment for every guest. In this role, you will play an important part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service while supporting an exceptional guest experience.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
• Be able to clean up to 16 rooms per day.
• Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are fully refreshed and guest-ready.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces while paying close attention to detail.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and missing items to the appropriate team members.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning supplies, equipment, and lost-and-found items.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and provide courteous, helpful service when needed.
• Work efficiently to meet daily room assignments and quality expectations.
• Support a safe, organized, and respectful work environment.

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and service procedures.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of professionalism.
