Front Desk Agent - Part Time

We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a guest-facing role that helps create a welcoming and seamless experience from arrival to departure. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a positive hospitality environment.

• Greet guests warmly and provide professional, friendly service throughout their stay
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Answer guest questions, provide information about hotel services, and assist with special requests when possible
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
• Process reservations, modifications, cancellations, and payment transactions
• Maintain accurate guest records and update system information as needed
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest needs
• Address guest concerns calmly and professionally, escalating issues when appropriate
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times
• Help keep the front desk area organized, clean, and ready for service

• Basic computer skills and comfort learning property management systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy with cash handling and administrative tasks

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a front desk environment
• Familiarity with reservation systems or point-of-sale systems
• Experience handling guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
