Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative – HR will support HR Program Administration with a focus on Benefits and Leave Operations for employees across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. This role delivers a high-quality, compassionate customer experience while handling a high volume of HR-related inquiries, partnering with vendors, and auditing payroll and benefits data.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner, highly organized, and comfortable navigating HR systems and processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
HR Program & Operations Support
Answer employee questions related to benefits and leaves of absence
Partner with external vendors to provide requested data
Audit benefits and leave payroll data for accuracy and completeness
Customer Service & Stakeholder Support
Deliver a seamless customer experience, both online and offline
Communicate professionally and compassionately with HR colleagues globally
Translate HR solutions into clear, easy-to-understand responses for employees
Handle a high volume of requests with speed, accuracy, and patience
Influence the team positively and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Skills & Qualifications
Required
1–2 years of customer service or related experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems
Familiarity with Workday
HR-related education or experience
Education
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in any field
HR-related education preferred
