We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Professional Recruiter – Information Technology to support and grow our IT staffing practice. This role is ideal for a recruiter who has mastered the fundamentals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to elevate their impact within a high-performing, growth-oriented organization.
You will partner closely with account managers and clients to deliver top-tier IT talent while building long-term candidate relationships and contributing to the firm’s overall success. This role is designed for long-term growth. After approximately one year of successful performance, the Professional Recruiter will have the opportunity to advance into a Delivery Manager position.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle IT recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across multiple technology disciplines
- Source, screen, and qualify technical candidates using a variety of methods including ATS, Linked In, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the candidate lifecycle
- Partner with account managers to understand client requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, culture fit, and career alignment
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage offers, and support onboarding through start date
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the ATS and CRM systems
- Stay informed on technology trends, labor market conditions, and competitive talent insights
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while upholding high standards of professionalism and responsiveness
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably within IT staffing or professional services
- Proven success recruiting for technical roles such as software developers, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud, or ERP
- Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear goals and metrics
- Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and modern recruiting tools
