Technical Recruiter

LaSalle Network is seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support a highly respected, data-driven organization in downtown Chicago. This six-month contract is designed for a recruiter who can quickly ramp, take ownership of full-cycle technical recruiting, and operate as a trusted partner to technical hiring leaders. • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles, including software engineering, data, product and IT
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using Linked In, ATS, referrals and other channels
• Conduct technical screens to assess skills, experience and culture add
• Manage interview coordination, candidate pipelines and offer processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking in the ATS
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter
• Proven success recruiting technical and engineering talent
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to evaluate nuanced technical profiles
• Comfortable working hybrid with three days onsite per week in Chicago
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder-management skills

• Competitive hourly pay of $45–$55/hr
