Compensation: $22 – $24 / hour
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, Hybrid

Job Description:The Training Coordinator will support the Human Resources team by helping administer and coordinate employee training initiatives. This role focuses on managing learning platforms, supporting onboarding programs, tracking training completion, and maintaining accurate records across multiple systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
This is an 2 to 3 month contract with the potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage live and virtual training sessions using a learning management system
- Schedule training events and assist with logistics for in-person, hybrid, and virtual sessions
- Assign courses and learning paths for employees and new hires
- Track training participation, completions, and recertification requirements
- Maintain accurate training records across internal platforms and tracking tools
- Generate reports related to learning activity and completion metrics
- Support new hire orientation by monitoring attendance and required learning milestones
- Assist with distributing completion or continuing education certificates
- Respond to basic training-related questions and troubleshoot system issues
- Help edit or update training materials and short instructional content as needed
- 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, HR, or a related area (internship experience acceptable)
- Strong technical skills and comfort learning new systems
- Experience with an LMS or HRIS platform strongly preferred
- Ability to run reports, manage data, and work across multiple tools simultaneously
- Exposure to a mission-driven nonprofit environment
