Summary

The HR Compliance Analyst reports to the Global Compliance Senior Manager and is responsible for supporting the firm’s compliance program, global mobility program, training program and HR-related data needs. As a member of the firm’s HR Compliance team, the HR Compliance Analyst will work collaboratively to ensure consistent and timely compliance with applicable employment laws.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance calendar.
  • Produce and maintain compliance and HR-related data reports and analytics.
  • Regularly update HR data files and audit the accuracy of transactions across systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Work with the Compliance Specialist to prepare government-mandated reporting (e.g. EEO-1, California Pay Data Report, Illinois Equal Pay Registration Certificate, UK SRA). Draft expatriate packages for review as part of the firm’s global mobility program.
  • Work with the Global Compliance Senior Manager to track and monitor compliance with federal, state and local laws.
  • Project manage and facilitate simple changes in policies, procedures and/or systems in response to changes in federal, state, and local laws.
  • Prepare policy and process documents, including FAQS, QRGs and SOPs, in response to federal, state, and local laws or firm policy changes.
  • Audit and monitor the firm’s government clients.
  • Responsible for drafting a bi-annual compliance newsletter and other resources for local HR and leadership.
  • Manage the Partner background check process.
  • Prepare materials for compliance updates and process change meetings.
  • Audit and monitor the firm’s mandatory postings.
  • Responsible for updating the firm’s policy manuals.
  • Support the firm’s compliance training program by preparing completion reports and other related tasks, in coordination with the Compliance Specialist.
  • Support the implementation of special HR projects and initiatives.
  • Stay current with labor and employment trends, applicable HR-related international, federal, state and local legal decisions, regulatory agency guidelines and laws.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. If an estimated salary range for this role is available, it will be provided in our Target Salary Range section. Target Salary Range

$62,600 - $79,800 if located in Illinois

Required

Education and/or

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1-3+ years of experience in human resources, analytics or compliance
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Power Point
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Preferred
  • Prior project management experience
  • Prior experience with People Soft, HRIS or Workday
