Job Description & How to Apply Below

This is a newly created position designed to support the Head of HR in strengthening and scaling our HR operations. The successful candidate will focus on the tactical delivery of HR services, ensuring a seamless employee experience while maintaining rigorous data integrity within our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Systems Management: Work directly with our ADP consultant to build out workflows and tools. The primary goal is to have the Performance Management module fully functional and deployed by year-end.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead the effort to formalize and improve existing programs, ensuring consistent experiences across all divisions (Corporate, Warehouse, and Manufacturing).
  • Employee Relations (ER): Serve as the first point of contact for tactical ER issues, including benefits inquiries and coaching managers on attendance, punctuality, and low-risk behavioral conversations.
  • Payroll Support: Maintain proficiency in payroll processing to provide essential backup and eventually take ownership of the function.
  • Performance Management: Own the administrative lifecycle of the performance review process, ensuring timelines are met and documentation is centralized.
  • Tactical Support: Reduce administrative bottlenecks for the Head of HR by managing day-to-day HR tasks and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 2–4 years of progressive HR experience is preferred; however, we are open to earlier-career candidates who demonstrate high aptitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Technical Proficiency:
ADP experience is critical for this role. Candidates must be comfortable navigating and configuring HRIS workflows.
  • Excel

    Skills:

Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Excel (specifically VLOOKUPs and data organization) is required.
  • Payroll Knowledge: Prior experience in payroll processing is required.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively across diverse work environments, from the warehouse floor to the corporate office.
  • Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to employee relations within a manufacturing or retail-adjacent setting.
  • Background in recruitment or search-based hiring.
  • Experience supporting managers through difficult but low-level coaching conversations.
Onboarding & Training

To ensure full integration into our multi-brand culture and systems, this role requires a fully in-office presence for the first 90 days. Following this successful ramp-up period, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule.
