  • Manage high-volume HR administration, documentation, and employee records with accuracy and urgency.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners (claims administrators, government agencies, benefits providers, payroll vendors, etc.).
  • Handle workplace and employment-related claims, notices, and related documentation workflows.
  • Manage address notices and HR compliance correspondence, ensuring proper tracking, response, and recordkeeping.
  • Support employee relations processes and documentation, including investigations support and case file management.
  • Maintain strong organizational control over deadlines, filings, and “paper pushing” tasks that keep the operation compliant and running smoothly.
  • Help reduce risk through consistent HR process execution, documentation discipline, and timely follow-through.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years as a HR Manager, HR and Payroll Manager, or similar HR operations leader.
  • Multi-unit QSR experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a large employee population in a high-volume, high-turnover environment.
  • Experience working with multiple outside agencies and handling heavy administrative throughput.

  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage competing priorities without dropping details.
  • Professional presence, strong judgment, and comfort operating in situations with legal and compliance sensitivity (documentation accuracy matters).
