Job DescriptionThe Compliance Analyst will support the organization’s HR compliance initiatives, regulatory reporting, and data governance efforts. This position partners closely with compliance leadership to help ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining data accuracy across HR systems.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and track compliance deadlines and regulatory requirements
- Generate and analyze HR‑related reports and workforce data
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS transactions to ensure data integrity
- Assist in preparing required government filings and regulatory reports
- Support global mobility documentation and tracking processes
- Monitor changes in employment laws and assist with implementation updates
- Draft and update policies, SOPs, FAQs, and process documentation
- Prepare materials for compliance meetings and leadership updates
- Support internal compliance training initiatives and reporting
Assist with background check processes and audit functions - Contribute to HR‑related projects and cross‑functional initiatives
- Help develop internal communications such as compliance newsletters and updates
- 1–3+ years of experience in human resources, compliance, or HR analytics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Power Point
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
