THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION REQUIRING 3 DAYS OF ONSITE WORK.
The Sr. Analyst II, Payroll oversees complex, multi-state payroll operations for a multi-entity organization, including hourly and union-represented employees. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing using SAP, serving as a subject matter expert in payroll operations, wage and hour compliance, union contracts, and system optimization. The position partners closely with HR, Finance, Labor Relations, and Compliance and supports payroll integration during mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of multi-state payroll experience
- Experience with union payrolls and hourly workforce
- Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws, payroll taxation, and compliance.
