A growing, multi-site healthcare organization is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This role ensures HR systems, talent, and organizational infrastructure effectively support a growing and diverse care network. The CHRO will evaluate HR capabilities, technology, and processes to optimize workforce efficiency, engagement, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business and clinical goals
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Oversee all HR functions including employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR technology
- Drive workforce analytics and scalable organizational design to support growth
- Support expansion, integration, and change management initiatives
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level roles
- Experience in multi-site healthcare environments strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise HR strategy and culture transformation
- SHRM or SPHR certification preferred
