A growing multi-site manufacturing organization is seeking a highly organized, bilingual Professional Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership and professional roles across multiple facilities.
This position focuses on hiring Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and C-suite level leadership within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, sourcing-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
This is a fully onsite role requiring a “go find them” mentality and the ability to manage recruiting processes manually, as a formal applicant tracking system is not currently in place.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Lead, Supervisor, Manager, Director, and Executive-level roles across multiple manufacturing locations.
- Partner closely with plant leadership and senior management to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning needs.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, Linked In, industry contacts, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Maintain organized manual tracking processes in the absence of a formal ATS.
- Hold hiring managers accountable through structured follow-up and consistent communication.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support offer negotiations.
- Assist in developing and refining job descriptions.
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline status, and placement outcomes.
- Contribute to improving recruiting systems and processes as the organization formalizes its talent acquisition function.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- 3+ years of professional recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience recruiting leadership-level roles (Lead, Supervisor, Manager, Director, Executive).
- Strong sourcing background with demonstrated ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and process discipline.
- Comfortable operating without a formal applicant tracking system.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work fully onsite during normal business hours (7 AM – 4 PM).
- Experience in food manufacturing (a plus, but not required).
- Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites.
- Background in high-growth or fast-paced operational environments.
