Role Overview

This senior-level role is ideal for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who excels in front office recruitment within the financial services industry. You will operate as a strategic partner to the business, driving full-cycle recruitment, advising leaders on talent strategies, and enhancing our hiring processes to deliver high-impact results.

You will support hiring across front office and corporate functions with a focus in the US, but could span globally, with a particular emphasis on roles such as sales, trading, brokerage, and other client-facing financial positions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive an end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, selection, offer management, and onboarding for front office and corporate functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand business needs, workforce plans, and position requirements.
  • Build and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber front office talent—including passive candidate engagement, competitor mapping, and market intelligence.
  • Conduct thorough interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess technical capabilities, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
  • Provide real-time market insights, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence to guide hiring strategy and decision-making.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience through consistent communication, transparency, and timely feedback.
  • Maintain high data integrity in ATS (iCIMS preferred) with accurate, audit-ready information.
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to support employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and process improvement efforts.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and elevate the team’s overall performance through knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and lead TA projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment experience, including significant experience recruiting front office roles in financial services (e.g., sales, trading, brokerage, relationship management).
  • Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Strong sourcing capability, including experience with passive talent engagement, market mapping, and competitive research.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS strongly preferred).
  • Vendor management experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, compliance requirements, and hiring best practices.

Hiring Salary Range $105000-$140000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
