Human Resources Director

INSPYR Solutions has teamed up with a non-profit organization located downtown Chicago who is in search of an HR Director. Please note this is a contract-to-hire opportunity and will operate on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week onsite).

Responsibilities

• Help manage HR operations including; people operations, compliance, HR policy, onboarding/offboarding and process improvement
• Help project manage by monitoring progress, mitigating risk and ensuring delivery of work
• Help lead and manage the people systems roadmap, data governance, and reporting infrastructure within the HCM
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational scale, workforce planning and total rewards
• Design and manage compensation programs including pay, bonus programs and long-term incentive structures
• Oversee benefit design and administration ensuring competitiveness, compliance and a great employee experience
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate incentive frameworks that support business and revenue growth
• This person will have multiple direct reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Non-profit industry experience required
• 5+ years of HR experience
• 2+ years of experience in an HR leadership position
• Must be open to contract-to-hire opportunities
• Must be willing to commute downtown Chicago, 2-3 days/week
