About the Role
We are seeking a senior HR recruitment professional to support structured talent engagement within a global leadership development organisation.

What We're Looking For
◇ 7+ years' experience in HR recruitment, talent strategy, or senior people roles ◇ Strong interviewing and assessment capability ◇ Confidence discussing premium-level development pathways ◇ Digitally fluent and comfortable working remotely ◇ Self-directed and outcomes-focused
