• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Strategically identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels.
• Partner with Business Development Managers to deliver best‑in‑class hiring solutions.
• Consistently hit and exceed recruitment and revenue goals.

• 2‑4 years of recruiting experience from a staffing agency environment.
• Experience recruiting in accounting & finance, technology, engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales, human resources, or administrative/clerical preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close.
• Proven success working in a performance‑driven environment.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude with excellent time‑management skills.
• Desire for continued career growth within a dynamic, team‑oriented company.
• Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon‑Thurs onsite, Fri remote).

• Base salary of $70,000 per year with an uncapped commission plan (OTE $80,000–$110,000).
