Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will lead and support the dynamic talent needs of 10-11 Kraft Heinz manufacturing plants by working closely with cross‑functional partners, building trusting relationships, and strategically planning and delivering on talent initiatives. The role consistently demonstrates partnership by guiding the team to anticipate needs, challenging the status quo, and ensuring the organization remains relevant and ahead of the competition.

- Hire for business‑critical salaried roles within Kraft Heinz manufacturing North America plants.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Plant HR Partners to build attraction strategies that increase candidate flow in a changing market.
- Initiate and drive creative methods to find under‑represented and untapped talent.
- Act as a business owner and recruiting consultant by understanding the business of the plants, local market and trends, and providing insightful data that informs growth‑oriented decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong working partnerships and communication with leaders, vendors, community organizations, and team members to yield success, trust, and credibility.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5+ years in full life‑cycle recruiting in a large, complex in‑house recruiting team or recruiting agency; alternatively, equivalent relevant business experience considered.
- Up to 25% required travel to assigned Kraft Heinz manufacturing plants to cultivate relationships within the community and attend events.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Experienced knowledge in all full life‑cycle recruiting and talent community building across functional areas.
- Extensive experience with recruitment tools (ATS, CRM, social networking tools) and Workday or equivalent.
New Hire Base Salary Range: $89,800 – $112,200. This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will account for internal equity and may vary depending on geographic region and other factors.
