  • Partner with business leaders to anticipate talent needs, building pipelines for critical and emerging skills.
  • Embed a high‑performance, commercially focused TA function, with clear accountability to business outcomes and hiring impact.
  • Champion data‑driven decision making, bringing to bear analytics, market intelligence and pipeline insights to build hiring strategy.
  • Drive innovation across sourcing, assessment and candidate experience, in partnership with global centers of excellence.
  • Embed inclusive hiring practices across all processes, ensuring fairness, transparency, and broad representation.
  • Enable adoption of technology and AI‑enabled hiring solutions, improving speed, quality and candidate outcomes.
  • Build and lead high‑performing teams, encouraging capability, engagement and leadership across the region.

  • Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition in a large, complex, global organization.

  • Strong knowledge of the Americas market, able to maintain regional uniformity while acknowledging local distinctions.
  • Experience leading through transformation, including evolving operating models and embedding new ways of working.
  • Strong data focus, with the ability to convert insight into action.
  • Proven track record of hiring and advising on senior and executive talent.
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment, managing competing priorities.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement and bringing to bear technology in hiring.
