Sales Recruiter

This is a hybrid position. 3 days per week onsite work in a hub location required.

Hub locations: Chicago or Atlanta or New York or San Francisco

Pay: $45-$57/hour.

Duration: 6 Months with conversion based on client need and performance.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to support our high-growth Technical Sales organization. This is a high-volume, exceptionally fast-paced environment that requires a talent partner who thrives in ambiguity. In this role, you will manage the entire hiring process from initial sourcing to offer acceptance or be in a split model, helping us scale our Go-To-Market teams.

This role requires a hybrid schedule of a minimum 3 days a week in-office.

Must have skills:

• Experience:
  
  6+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house), with a proven track record in a fast-paced Sales or GTM recruiting environment. Technical sales recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Sourcing Expertise:
  Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors using advanced direct-sourcing and interviewing techniques.
• Market Knowledge:
  Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and the ability to articulate the Agentic Enterprise value proposition and story to candidates.
• Relationship Building:
  Strong communication skills with the ability to cold-call, build relationships over the phone, and influence senior hiring managers and executives.
• Execution:
  Ability to successfully deliver on deadlines and flawlessly execute in a high-volume, high-velocity environment.
• Tools:
  Proficiency with Workday ATS, Slack, Good Time and Google preferred.
• Teachable skills:
  Experience recruiting for sales teams within a rapidly growing technology or SaaS company is highly preferred.
