HR Manager
LaSalle Network has partnered with a non-profit organization focused on housing seniors on Chicago's Southwest Side and we are currently looking to hire an HR Manager. Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply Illinois employment laws and Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) regulations.
- Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, workforce planning, and HR strategies.
- Prepare the organization for annual IDPH surveys and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Analyze benefit utilization and market trends to support competitive offerings.
- Lead employee communications, including new hire orientation and staff newsletter initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Illinois employment law and healthcare compliance requirements, including Illinois Department of Public Health regulations
- Broad HR generalist expertise across employee relations, compliance, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management
- Experience with Kronos or Workday

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm - Compensation: $45-$55/hr
