Job Responsibilities Assist with ADP payroll and HR processing. Support talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Conduct employee onboarding and coordinate training & development programs. Provide guidance to employees on HR-related topics, including leaves, compensation, and conflict resolution. Promote HR programs to create an efficient, conflict-free workplace. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Support performance management initiatives and organize annual employee performance reviews.
Gather and analyze HR data to provide useful metrics. Maintain accurate employee files and records in electronic and paper formats. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and organizing team-building activities. Assist in ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Occasional Saturday work may be required, though rare.
Job Requirements Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least two years of HR experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); willingness to learn new programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
