Clinical Talent Recruiter – Mental Health Professionals
Company:
Third Space, a virtual mental health practice focused on Medicaid patients. We are looking for an experienced recruiter to identify, attract, and hire clinicians across all licensure levels—therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists—across multiple states.
You’ll own full‑cycle recruiting, building pipelines and running a data‑driven process from sourcing to offer, partnering with our Clinical Operations team. The position reports directly to the COO.
What You’ll Work On- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for mental health professionals.
- Utilize professional networks, licensing boards, job boards, social media, referral programs, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across all licensure levels.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess clinical qualifications, licensing status, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with clinical leadership and COO to understand role requirements by state and licensure level.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics, market insights, and hiring progress.
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Coordinate interview processes with clinical and leadership teams.
- Stay current on licensing requirements and monitor industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Create and maintain recruitment marketing materials tailored to mental health professionals.
- Draft job descriptions, post roles, complete background checks, reference verification, and credentialing.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare recruiting regulations and best practices.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System and provide detailed recruitment reports.
- 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in healthcare or high‑volume clinical settings.
- Direct experience recruiting therapists, PMHNPs, or psychiatrists is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in mental health, community health, or mission‑driven work.
- Working knowledge of mental health licensure pathways, supervision requirements, and credentialing.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and modern sourcing tools (Linked In Recruiter, Gem, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach, screening, and pipeline updates.
- Excellent judgment on clinical and cultural fit.
- Base Salary
: $70,000–$80,000 annually based on experience. - Performance Incentives
:
