Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or total rewards.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits compliance, including ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, and related regulations.
- Experience administering multi-state employee benefit programs.
- Experience managing broker relationships, vendor partnerships, and annual renewals.
- Experience with HRIS platforms;
Workday and ADP experience are a plus.
- Manage the full lifecycle of U.S. employee benefits programs, including strategy, administration, renewals, compliance, and ongoing optimization.
- Lead annual open enrollment planning and execution, including communications, vendor coordination, system testing, and employee education.
- Evaluate, implement, and enhance employee benefit offerings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, insurance carriers, and third-party vendors, ensuring strong partnerships and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state benefits regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, and HSA/HDHP requirements.
- Partner with Payroll, HR, and Finance to ensure accurate administration, reporting, audits, and cost management.
