Job Overview

At One Digital Advanced Health, we are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to help grow our team, focusing on Benefit Advisor recruitment. You will source, screen, and select top candidates to join our dynamic team.

Work Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 8:00am‑5:00pm. Availability to work extended hours may be required during busy seasons.

Must be eligible to work in the United States without a visa or residency sponsorship.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and screen candidates for sales and other roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews.
  • Prospect candidates via networking, cold calling, marketing, or other methods.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Follow up with candidates that are selected or rejected during the interview process.
  • Communicate ongoing updates with new hires and managers to ensure performance metrics are met.
  • Present onboarding materials during first‑day orientation in weekly new‑hire classes.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and other networking opportunities.
  • Conduct reference checks when required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
  • Active ODAH employee for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multiple‑priority environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve metrics or key performance indicators.
  • Self‑motivated with strong goal orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and high conduct standards.
  • Good attendance and conduct standing with the company.
  • Computer skills and ability to work effectively as an individual contributor.
Education, Training and Experience
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is an advantage.
  • Recruiting experience preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Typical base pay range: $45,000 – $60,000 per year, variable compensation, commission, and/or bonus based on performance.
