Formic Technologies is seeking a strategic Contract Recruiter for a five-month term (Sept 2026–Feb 2027) to lead full-cycle talent acquisition for technical and operational roles. You will build candidate networks, streamline interview processes, and partner with teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
You’ll source actively and passively, manage panels, and maintain rigorous data hygiene in Greenhouse, while delivering results in a fast-paced environment in Chicago.
