Labor Relations Coordinator V

• Contract Administration: Interpret collective bargaining agreements and provide guidance to managers and supervisors.
• Grievance and Dispute Resolution: Administer grievance procedures and support front-line managers in resolving disputes.
• Union Relationship Management: Collaborate with union representatives and the HR team to address mutual concerns.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and assist in policy development.
• Training and Communication: Develop training programs and communicate effectively on labor relations matters.
• Investigations: Conduct investigations into union-related employee complaints.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze labor relations data and prepare reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field.
• Experience in labor relations within a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of collective bargaining and labor laws, including NLRA.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with HRIS systems.
