• Partner with clients to develop compensation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design and evaluate salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture.
• Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking analyses.
• Advise executive leaders on compensation trends, pay equity, and rewards strategy.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations that help clients attract and retain top talent.

• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree and CCP certification are a plus)
• 8+ years of compensation consulting or total rewards experience
• Experience advising clients on compensation strategy and program design
• Strong knowledge of market pricing, salary structures, and incentive plans
• Exceptional analytical, consulting, and client relationship skills
