Pay Rate: $40–$45/hour

Are you a people-focused HR professional who thrives on building strong partnerships and supporting business leaders? We are seeking an experienced
Contract Recruiter to join a dynamic organization in Chicago. This hybrid contract role will support talent acquisition initiatives, including full cycle recruiting and pipelining.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to support recruiting and workforce planning efforts.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
Support talent management initiatives, employee engagement programs, and retention strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring plans.
Assist with policy interpretation, compliance, and HR process improvements.
Analyze talent metrics and workforce trends to support strategic decision-making.
Support onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Participate in special HR projects and organizational initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition or Talent Management roles.
Strong knowledge of recruiting and HR best practices.
Experience partnering with managers and executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS platforms.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience supporting multiple business units or departments.
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
Experience with workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development programs.
