Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality candidate experience to ensure Pepsi Co is viewed as candidates’ Employer of Choice.
• Coordinate and schedule phone, onsite and web-based interviews within specified service level commitments.
• Provide timely communication and counsel to recruiters, hiring teams and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in departmental project work focused on delivering optional efficiencies and innovations to drive the Talent Acquisition Operation function forward.
• Provide interview team members with appropriate materials to effectively interview and manage candidates while onsite at Pepsi Co.
• Create and maintain an interview schedule log ensuring all interviews are efficiently tracked.
• Act as back-up to peers across the Talent Acquisition team.
• Role is ongoing with no specific end date.

• Customer focused, adaptable, has strong follow up and organizational skills.
• Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization.
• Applicant tracking system experience preferred.
• Recruitment social media (i.e. Linked In) experience preferred.
• Must be collaborative and a team player.
• Proficient with all Microsoft office products, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications / Requirements Education / Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience within a Staffing/Recruiting department is required.
