Are you an expert in rewards strategy ready to step into a high-visibility, executive-level consulting track? We are partnering with a prestigious global professional services leader to find an elite Senior Compensation Consultant for their Career Advisory practice in Chicago.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and HR leaders across major multinational corporations. You won't just manage portfolios—you will architect sophisticated workforce strategies, lead multi-million dollar reward programs, and drive strategic business growth in a collaborative, data-rich environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead Complex Projects: Direct large-scale executive and broad-based compensation design projects from inception to final client delivery.
• C-Suite Advisory: Partner directly with senior management to develop rewards strategies that successfully attract, motivate, and retain top global talent.
• Mentor Talent: Coach and develop junior consultants, building high-performing advisory teams.
• Drive Business Growth: Support the business development lifecycle by identifying expansion opportunities within existing key accounts.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years of dedicated experience within a compensation consulting firm or a corporate HR advisory role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills: Expert-level mastery of data-driven market pricing, incentive plan design, and regulatory compliance.
• Logistics: Must be based in the Greater Chicago area and comfortable with a hybrid schedule (minimum of 3 days per week on-site/with clients).
