Dental Dreams Dentist Recruiter
Dental Dreams actively seeks a motivated dentist recruiter with college campus recruiting experience for our dental service organization (DSO). This position will be focused on recruiting, developing networks, and providing support to candidates. The doctor recruiter requires a high level of organization, people skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle dentist recruitment
- Prospect candidates using the internet, journals, database sourcing, and cold calling
- Conduct on-campus presentations and social events at dental schools
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews with the hiring manager
- Provide detailed entry of all information and tracking of the candidate into company database
- Develop a partnership with educational institution career centers
- Creates and maintains a flow of candidates
- Effectively screen and assess qualified candidates
- Other initiatives and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Be able to work full-time on-site in our downtown Chicago (River North) office.
- Travel to on-campus recruiting events. Must be open to overnight travel.
- Bachelor's degree
- MS Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary:
