  • Act as the primary HR partner for international GT associates outside the U.S. across GT leadership teams, promoting consistent support, communication, and associate experience during operating model changes.
  • Translate global technology modernization goals into practical people and change plans, including stakeholder alignment, readiness planning, leader messaging, feedback loops, and adoption of new ways of working.

  • Support organization design and capability planning that improve decision-making, role clarity, spans of control, operating effectiveness, leadership alignment, and change readiness.
  • Use business, workforce, engagement, and people data to identify talent implications, risks, capability gaps, and workforce planning opportunities and recommend targeted actions.
  • Partner with Talent Management and business leaders on succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, culture, engagement, inclusion, and accountability actions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies for critical technology, data, and analytics capabilities and support execution of annual HR priorities.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
  • 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner experience supporting technology, data, analytics, product, operations, or another complex business function.
  • Experience supporting transformation, organization design, change management, operating model evolution, or workforce planning initiatives across global or international teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders, influence outcomes, and build effective partnerships across a complex, matrixed organization.
