Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

Location: Highland Park, IL – office-based, Monday-Friday

Join a successful,
family-owned global wine and spirits business with an established portfolio of premium brands.

This is a hands-on US recruitment role within a lean global HR team, taking ownership of full-cycle recruitment with a particular focus on sales hiring and direct sourcing
.

• 2+ years' full-cycle corporate recruitment experience
• Sales recruitment experience is essential
• Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate identification skills
• Confident using phone, email, Linked In and direct outreach
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills
• Comfortable working autonomously within a lean, hands-on environment
• Knowledge of US recruitment practices and employment legislation
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related discipline
• Able to work five days per week in Highland Park
• Wine, spirits, beverage, FMCG or consumer goods recruitment experience highly desirable

• Managing recruitment from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding
• Developing sourcing strategies with hiring managers
• Proactively identifying and approaching candidates
• Recruiting predominantly across sales and commercial positions
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Coordinating hiring processes and stakeholder feedback
• Building pipelines for current and future requirements
• Improving sourcing methods and recruitment processes
