- Drive candidate sourcing and outreach through internal referrals, college campus recruiting, and other recruiting channels
- Deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates into the established interview and hiring process
- Build and manage university relationships to create a consistent talent pipeline
- Manage and grow the internal employee referral program
- Track and report candidate pipeline activity, sourcing performance, and recruiting progress
- Represent Elev8 Energy at campus recruiting events and other candidate sourcing opportunities
- Continuously improve recruiting outreach strategies as hiring volume grows
- Proven high-volume candidate sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in sales or solar
- Demonstrated success building candidate pipelines through campus recruiting, referrals, or outbound sourcing
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate outreach skills
- Comfortable working with senior leadership
- Base salary + commission
