Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and difficult-to-fill positions to strengthen the organization’s ability to respond to future workforce needs.

Ensure recruitment and selection practices are consistent, equitable, inclusive, and aligned with organizational values and employment requirements.

Partner with the People & Culture Manager to continuously strengthen the new-hire experience, including orientation, cultural integration, manager readiness, and early employee engagement.

Establish and monitor talent acquisition metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, source effectiveness, and other workforce trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, staffing agencies, and other talent resources as needed, including temporary staffing and specialized searches.

Learning & Leadership Development Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and leadership development strategy aligned with organizational priorities, workforce capabilities, and evolving business needs.

Design and lead a structured leadership development framework that builds the capabilities of current, new, and emerging leaders in areas such as people leadership, performance management, strategic thinking, communication, change leadership, and organizational culture.

Partner with leaders and the Head of Human Resources to identify high-potential talent and develop individualized development plans and experiences that strengthen internal talent pipelines and support succession planning for critical roles.
