Provider Recruiter

Position Summary:

Leads the end-to-end recruitment process for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and behavioral health specialists. Serves as a brand ambassador for Oak Street Health. Attracts top-tier provider talent aligned with delivering exceptional value-based care.

• Partners with Clinical Leaders, Sr. Recruiters and Managers to understand hiring needs.
• Creates and manages job postings.
• Sources active and passive candidates.
• Screens candidates for alignment with Oak Street Health’s values and mission.
• Coordinates interviews, candidate travel, and site visits.
• Coordinates the offer process.
• Maintains documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensures a seamless transition of hired candidates to onboarding.
• Tracks and reports recruitment metrics.
• Represents Oak Street Health at recruiting events.
• Upholds compliance with hiring protocols and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience, or equivalent; provider specific preferred.
• CPRP certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of value-based care models preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions.
