Job Description & How to Apply Below

We're looking for a senior HR leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, organizational design, and talent - someone ready to make a real impact within a diversified financial services organization spanning asset management, private credit, real estate, and investment operations.

This isn't a back-office HR seat. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll partner directly with senior executives across multiple lines of business, many of which have been acquired over time and continue to evolve under one enterprise. You'll help shape how these businesses grow, integrate, and build a unified culture - while respecting the distinct identity each one brings to the table.

What

makes this role stand out:

You'll serve as the go-to strategic advisor for several business units, driving people strategy in a complex, multi-entity environment. That means M&A integration, organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and high-stakes employee relations - all within a regulated, risk-conscious industry.

You’ll bring data to the conversation - workforce analytics, talent insights, industry benchmarks - and use it to influence decisions at the executive level. You’ll guide leaders through restructuring, cultural alignment, and growth while building long-term leadership capability across the organization.

The day-to-day spans:
  • Aligning people strategies with business goals, investment priorities, and regulatory obligations
  • Leading HR integration for newly acquired entities - from assessment through change management
  • Advising on high-risk employee matters with consistency, fairness, and sound judgment
  • Designing and executing workforce transitions, including RIF strategies and severance programs
  • Partnering with Legal, COEs, and senior leadership to identify risks, close talent gaps, and strengthen organizational health
  • Driving policy harmonization, systems integration, and process optimization across the enterprise
What you bring:

A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree or certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, GPHR) preferred. You have 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience, including at least 5 years supporting senior executives in financial services, asset management, or similarly regulated industries. You've navigated complex, multi-entity environments - ideally with hands-on M&A integration experience. Global or international HR exposure is a plus.
