• ATS operations (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever/Workday) with structured data hygiene
• Advanced sourcing (Linked In Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray, Git Hub/Kaggle/Stack Overflow)
• Evaluation design (rubrics, structured interviewing, bias-aware processes)
• Analytics (pipeline dashboards, time-to-hire, conversion ratios) smooth recruitment process.

• Demonstrate exceptional hiring and recruiting skills to identify and attract top talent.
• Utilize strong interviewing and communication abilities to assess candidate qualifications.
• Source and screen profiles based on job specifications and client requirements using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking.
• Leverage technical knowledge and awareness of leading technologies to identify the best-fit candidates.
• Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Handle the full life cycle of contract/full-time IT recruitment processes (end-to-end recruitment).
• Collaborate with and lead the recruitment team to drive positive results.
• Exhibit high energy, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to work.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates effectively.
• Stay adaptable to new technologies and evolving business environments.
• Understand and explain technical job requirements for various IT roles.
• Coordinate all recruitment activities, including posting job positions, pre-screening, interviewing, interview arrangements, and closing roles.
• Negotiate salaries, prepare offers, and manage selection processes efficiently.
• Operate billing tasks related to recruitment, including raising invoices, maintaining MIS records, and following up on payments.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with high-volume recruitment experience in greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Strong sourcing and screening expertise with a demonstrated ability to identify the right talent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of urgency and flexibility.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a results-driven mindset.

• Knowledge of IT and leading technologies is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
