HR & Operations Assistant

This position supports our Operations Department, which includes Human Resources and Operations. You will keep employee records accurate, projects on track, and internal processes running smoothly. This role suits an organized self-starter who enjoys structure and follow-through.

• Support and track onboarding checklists for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and keep files updated and compliant.
• Track employee training and policy acknowledgment completions.
• Support internal communications, including policy updates, announcements, and meeting summaries.
• Support performance review and management processes.

• Track the status of active department projects and events.
• Support event planning, including research and event programming.
• Help implement, monitor, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items from meetings.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Operations.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
