Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for roles across finance, investment, and related disciplines. You’ll bring deep market insight, a proactive sourcing mindset, and a consultative approach to hiring. Whether it’s building pipelines for niche investment roles or advising on hiring strategy for finance transformation projects, you’ll be a trusted expert and ambassador for our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for roles across finance, investment, and treasury.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
• Manage candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure inclusive and effective hiring practices.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes and processes.
• Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking forums.

Experience & Skills Required

• Proven experience in recruiting for finance and investment roles, ideally within an in-house or agency setting.
• Strong understanding of financial services, investment management, and related talent markets.
• Skilled in direct sourcing, headhunting, and using platforms like Linked In Recruiter.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g. Smart Recruiters) and recruitment analytics.
