Pay Range: $29.36 - $42.61 per hour

The Senior Compensation Administrator provides advanced administrative, analytical, transactional, and operational support for compensation programs, processes, and projects. This role independently supports - completion and submission of compensation surveys, salary structure maintenance, union wage structure administration, Workday compensation transactions, reporting, data audits, and payroll upload submissions. The Senior Compensation Administrator serves as a knowledgeable resource to Compensation Analysts and Partners, the ESC, HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HRBPs/Labor Relations, applying sound judgment, accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail in support of Rush compensation philosophy, policies, labor agreements, and procedures.

- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of Human Resources, Compensation, Finance, HR Operations, HRIS, or related experience; or High School diploma/GED and 5-7 years of related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct compensation, HR analytics, finance analytics, HRIS compensation support, or closely related experience.
- Experience conducting or supporting compensation survey submissions, salary structure administration, Workday compensation transactions (or similar), or pay structure maintenance.
- Experience administering compensation transactions within Workday or a similar Human Capital Management system.
- Experience supporting collective bargaining compensation administration, union wage schedules, progression structures, premiums, differentials, or contractually governed pay programs.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, summarize findings, and make sound recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities, recurring deadlines, and confidential data sets.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and judgment in handling confidential employee, pay, labor relations, and organizational information.
- Workday Compensation experience preferred.
- Experience supporting healthcare union environments and administration of collectively bargained compensation programs.
- Experience maintaining salary structures, union wage tables, pay premiums, geographic or shift differentials, and progression-based pay programs.
- Serve as a primary Compensation resource for Workday compensation transactions and compensation data changes.
- Review, audit, and process Workday compensation transactions to ensure alignment with compensation policies, salary structures, union wage schedules, and established approval protocols.
