The Legal Recruiting Associate Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for attorneys and law students. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the recruiting process and Summer Associate program, including scheduling interviews, organizing events, and managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
DutiesAnd Responsibilities Student Recruiting
- Schedule screening, callback, and other candidate interviews; communicate schedule changes, greet candidates, and oversee in-office interviews.
- Assist with candidate follow-up and draft offer letters.
- Assist with data entry for all candidates and maintain recruiting databases with candidate updates.
- Assist with and attend recruiting events, law school presentations, and in-office programs, coordinating invitations, attendance tracking, nametags, vendor communications, and other event logistics.
- Schedule and help prepare for Hiring Committee and other recruiting-related meetings.
- Maintain Summer Associate files and paperwork.
- Assist in coordinating the arrival of Summer Associates, including pre-summer communications and orientation materials.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the conference center and Legal Recruiting team to book conference rooms and coordinate related logistics.
- Assist with and attend summer associate events and programs, coordinating event logistics such as invitations, attendance tracking, nametags, and vendor communications.
- Assist with planning and executing summer associate programming, including training sessions, to provide a cohesive and engaging summer associate experience.
- Availability to work extended hours during peak periods and attend summer and fall events, as needed.
- Track inventory of swag/marketing materials and order additional supplies from the warehouse, as needed, for recruiting purposes.
- Create, distribute, and collect results from internal surveys.
- Process recruiting expenses, as needed.
- Perform clerical functions such as preparing reports and other administrative duties.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university
- Law firm experience

Hybrid
The Target Salary Range For This Role Is$65,000 - $80,000 if located in Illinois.
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
