We’re hiring a Director of Recruiting to help build our presence in the Chicago market.

This is a true 360 search role. We’re looking for someone who can develop business, win searches, recruit great talent, manage client relationships and build something meaningful in the market.

You are not inheriting a narrow recruiting seat. You are helping create the next chapter of our Chicago growth.

• Proven 360 search experience. You know how to develop business, close searches and execute the work. This is not a delivery-only role.
• A real business developer. You enjoy building relationships, opening doors and creating opportunity. You are comfortable being in the market and know that growth does not happen by sitting back and waiting for reqs to appear.
• A builder. You like the idea of taking an established national platform and helping grow its presence locally. You can see the white space, create a plan and go after it.
• Strong recruiting instincts. You know how to assess talent, advise clients and run a search with urgency and credibility.
• Autonomous and accountable. There is a lot of freedom here, but there is also a high bar for performance. You know how to manage your business, prioritize and focus on what actually moves the needle.
• Competitive and credible. You want to win, but you also understand that reputation matters. How you treat clients and candidates is non-negotiable.
