Professional Services firm seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead to join their Team!

Responsibilities:
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract talent across the Americas.
  • Conduct talent research, market mapping, and pipeline development to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pools and provide relevant market insights to inform hiring decisions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand business and hiring needs and drive successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Champion an inclusive hiring process and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Lead candidates through all stages of the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Drive interview, hiring, and offer processes, ensuring all required steps are completed effectively and on time.
  • Maintain accurate hiring data, documentation and reporting, and ensure recruitment records are up to date.
  • Manage external recruitment partners where utilized, ensuring alignment with search requirements and RRA standards.
  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and People team priorities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting and stakeholder partnership within a complex, fast-paced organization.
  • Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, or executive search
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to synthesize feedback and develop clear hiring recommendations.
  • Proven experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Workday and Linked In Recruiter preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
