We're partnering with a growing organization in the renewable energy space seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate, technical, and operations-focused positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple corporate and technical positions
Partner with hiring leaders to develop hiring strategies and interview processes
Source and engage passive candidates using Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools
Conduct candidate screening and assessment activities
Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
Provide market insights and talent recommendations to stakeholders
Support recruiting initiatives, process improvements, career fairs, and community outreach efforts

What You’ll Bring :

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
High-volume or multi-location recruiting
Recruiting for technical, skilled trades, or operations-focused position
Experience with ATS/HRIS systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
