• Advise clients on executive compensation strategy and governance.
• Design executive incentive and equity compensation programs.
• Conduct executive compensation benchmarking and market analyses.
• Partner with executive leadership and boards on complex compensation decisions.
• Deliver strategic recommendations that align pay programs with business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree and CCP certification are a plus)
• 15+ years of executive compensation consulting or executive rewards experience
• Deep expertise in executive incentive plans, equity compensation, and governance
• Experience advising executive leadership teams, boards, or compensation committees
• Strong consulting, analytical, and relationship management skills

• Advise C-suite executives and boards on high-impact compensation decisions
• Lead complex executive compensation engagements across diverse industries
• Partner with one of the world's leading human capital consulting organizations
