Full-Time, Hybrid This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Chicago, Illinois who will build our recruiting and onboarding practices. This is a foundational role where you’ll work directly with leadership to shape how we hire, who we hire, and what it feels like to join our team. Requirements- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and talent acquisition
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions in a high-growth environment
- Familiarity with HRIS and sourcing tools such as Gusto and Linked In Recruiter
- Skilled at writing job descriptions that attract top talent
- Experience implementing process standards and designing onboarding pathways
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Action-oriented with strong judgement and follow-through
