Promote Bally's customer-centric culture by delivering exceptional service to both guests and team members.

Support internal communications by creating, editing, and distributing content through email, the company intranet, digital messaging platforms, newsletters, and employee announcements.

Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, company events, and culture-building activities.

Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities, including job postings, candidate communication, new hire orientation, and enhancing the overall new hire experience.

Process employee transactions, maintain accurate records within the HRIS, and ensure the integrity of employee data.

Assist with HR compliance activities, including Illinois Gaming Board licensing, policy administration, record keeping, and reporting requirements.

Coordinate training and development programs while providing administrative support for HR initiatives and projects.

Build positive working relationships with employees at all levels, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and serve as a resource for team member questions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Target Salary Range: $25.00/hr

$7 Daily Garage Parking

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and use a computer and other office equipment. Frequently required to use hands and arms to reach, handle, and operate office equipment.

Occasionally required to bend, stoop, and lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Must be able to move throughout the property to support HR operations, team member events, onboarding activities, and recruiting efforts.

Work is performed in an office and casino environment and may include exposure to bright lights, elevated noise levels, and occasional stressful situations.

Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board. Associate degree required;
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Two years of HR, communications, administrative, or related experience required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; UKG experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
