The Workday HRIS Analyst supports and the global design and administration of our core HR system of record. The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with HR on strategy and provide proactive system solutions with a strong focus on driving the continuous improvement of automation, self-service, employee experience and data integrity. • Partners with assigned HR Centers of Excellence to drive HRIS roadmap
• Strong member of technology community to understand and implement best practices and key HR trends
• Develop reports and dashboards from customers strategy, goals and requirements
• Collaborates with and provide superior services to internal customers
• Liaison with support role(s) on process, workflow, and training
• Uses data to drive decision making and solve for root cause
• Configures and tests the various system solutions to best meet the organization’s needs while leveraging technology to be more efficient, accurate, and customer oriented
• Assists with other HR projects as assigned

Hybrid work from Zebra facility is highly preferred (3 days in office/2 remote) but remote candidates will be considered 10% travel

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 5+ years of professional experience in a technical role
• 3+ years in HRIS system administration including Workday HCM implementation and configuration experience
• LMS and/or Talent & Performance Workday experience

• Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from ensuring People Partners and employees have the best tools and processes
• Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Experience with complexity of global projects
• Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the company, ability to manage by influence
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
